OVERVIEW
Shaping Outcomes provides an online, instructor-mediated course for library and museum personnel as well as students in the museum and library fields.
The Shaping Outcomes learning community connects participants to resources and others who are taking the course simultaneously, bringing together colleagues and providing a rich and rewarding experience. The Shaping Outcomes course is designed especially for:
